PNS Kata Doktor Afghan: 'Bom Berangkai AS Punca Kematian Dahsyat'
(Afghan Doctors Say: US Cluster Bombing: Death Toll Is Countless?)
pengarah South East Health Division, Mullah Sher Ali,
seorang anak gadis kecil terpaksa dikudung kedua kakinya setelah
menjadi serangan bom itu. Seorang lelaki di Lughmann telah
kehilangan upaya penglihatan disebabkan kecederaan.
mereka mati kerana kecederaan mereka.
Al-Qaida. Tamat Asal: http://www.rense.com/general16/afghandoctors.htm
11-13-1 Afghan Doctors Say US Cluster-Bombing 'Death Toll Is Countless'
JALALABAD (PNS) - Indiscriminate Cluster bombing during
ongoing US military assaults on Afghanistan has been
tremendously affecting civilians including mainly children and
women. Unbelievable and horrible scenes completely captivated
the members of PNS special reporting team, which travelled to
Jalalabad to gather facts of losses by US bombardment.
"The death toll is countless" Medics of Public Health Hospital, Dr
Gull, Dr Ramzan and director South East Health Division, Mullah
Sher Ali, told reporters "while the condition of severely injured
individuals is deplorable". They further added that the people
affected by Cluster bombing are rapidly becoming handicapped, as
their body parts have to be amputated to avoid the spread of
infection into entire body. They revealed that a 40 year old civilian man Asadullah was
brought in a serious condition, to the hospital whose legs and arms
had to be amputated for the fear of spread of infection in his body,
after which he was sent to Pakistan for further medical treatment. In
another horrific incident a minor girl was severely injured in the
bombing incident and had lost both her legs. Another man of
Lughman area near Jalalabad lost his sight after he was injured
during the attacks.Similarly, a family of eight suffered serious
injuries and were brought to the hospital, where three of them
succumbed to their injuries. "Daily 200 to 300 bombing-affected persons visit the hospital,"
they notified. "We treat them as per our capacity but the severely
injured are sent to Pakistan, as we haven't adequate and enough
medical facilities here." It is to be mentioned here that US Cluster
bombing on Afghanistan is causing enormous collateral damage
irrespective of its effectiveness against Taliban and Al-Qaida.
