MSN Australia (Mundine says US was asking for it) Peninju Australia Anthony Mundane berkata kejadian September 11
dia menentang ura-ura Australia menghantar pasukan tertera
Mundine memberitahu
Channel Nine Today. 'Mereka menyebutnya satu tindakan
keganasan tetapi kalaulah anda memahami agama dan cara hidup
kami, ini bukannya satu keganasan."
"Ini ada kena mengena dengan hukuman Allah. Amerika sengaja
menyokong AS, satu kajian menunjukkan mereka masih menyokong
pengiriman askar Australia. "Kita membincangkan satu tindakan
politik.
memang menentangnya.' 'Bancian itu menyatakan 87 persen rakyat
beragama islam menyokong pengiriman askar Australia. Tetapi
mereka tidak menyokong keputusan itu. Keputusan adalah amat
berbeza dengan tindakan.' Terjemahan: SPAR Asal: http://news.ninemsn.com.au/sport/story_20746.asp

AUSTRALIAN BOXER ANTHONY MUNDINE SAYS THE UNITED
STATES BROUGHT THE SEPTEMBER 11 ATTACKS ON ITSELF.
Boxer and Muslim Anthony Mundine opposes Australians fighting in
Afghanistan and says the United States brought the September 11
attacks on itself. The outspoken Mundine, who will fight for a world boxing title later
this year, said Australians should not be involved in the war against
terrorism. "Do I support it? No," said the former rugby league star, who
demolished Guy Waters in a super middleweight bout at the weekend.
"I really feel that it's not our problem," Mundine told Channel Nine's
Today program. "They call it an act of terrorism but if you can understand religion and
our way of life it's not about terrorism.
"It's about fighting for God's laws, and America's brought it upon
themselves (for) what they've done in the history of time."
Mundine's stance is consistent with most Muslims in Australia,
according to Dr Mohsen Labban from the Supreme Islamic Council.
But while Dr Labban said most Australian Muslims disagreed with the
government's decision to back the US, a survey revealed they were
still behind Australian troops. "We're discussing a political action. We believe this political move is
wrong," Dr Labban said. "It never solved the problems before and it's not going to solve them
in the future. But we are completely against it.
"The survey says that 87 per cent of the Muslims support the
Australian troops and 87 per cent are for Australian personnel
overseas in that war because they are Australians.
"But they don't support the decision. The decision is different from the
action." |
